Dec. 19 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is blasting rock
pinnacles in the drought-depleted Mississippi River in an effort to
keep the waterway open for barge traffic. Bloomberg's Megan Hughes
reports on the drought and its impact on shipping.
She speaks with Mark Crumpton on Bloomberg Television's "Bottom
Line."
The Army Corps gets to do some cool stuff. I know Bloomberg News might not be familiar with flyover country, but I've never seen a city in Illinois on the (north)west side of the Mississippi River. They appear to have rotated their map 90 degrees.
